Katina Boyd is a Clinical Pharmacist, author, fitness instructor, speaker, a wife to Jeff and mother of three. She leads hundreds of women to experience how the Word of God and the power of grace, rejuvenates faith and enriches lives through her weekly fitness classes, blog posts, Bible studies, and her new book The Distracted Dance of Resilience.
